Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    3 c. sugar
    6 large eggs
    3 c. plain flour, sifted 3 or 4 times
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 pinch soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Add eggs (2 at a time; beat after each addition).
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour; beat.
    Add 1/2 cup sour cream; beat.
    Add the rest of flour and sour cream; beat.
    Add soda, baking powder and vanilla and beat until well blended.
    Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 or 1 1/2 hours.
    Can use a preheated or cold oven.
