Santa Fe Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, pounded thin and flat
6 large mild green chilies, seeded
6 slices ham
6 slcies sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cream sherry
white rice
Preparation

Place ham and cheese on flattened chicken breast and roll up. Place rolled chicken breast into chili shell and secure with toothpick.
Place stuffed chilies into buttered baking dish.
Pour liquids over stuffed chilies and bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350\u00b0.
Serve over rice.
Freezes well.
