Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix oil, eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla and pinch of salt together; beat well.
Add apples and chopped pecans and mix well. Pour batter in greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Punch holes in cake with a fork and pour Glaze over cake while cake is hot.
