Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. grated zucchini (skin, seeds and all)
4 c. chopped onions
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 large red peppers, chopped (if no red peppers are available, use 2 jars pimento)
2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
-
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add drained vegetable mixture and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Fill hot jars and seal.
