Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 or 2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease muffin tins and preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and stir until well moistened.
    Save a small amount of the sugar and mix with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for sprinkling on top of each muffin.
    Spoon mixture into tins, about 1/3 full, and bake for 20 to 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in the middle.
    Good hot served with butter!
