Tortellini With Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 cloves garlic
oil
1 1/2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
3 cans Italian stewed tomatoes
1/2 to 1 c. white wine
1/2 c. Romano cheese or Parmesan cheese
crushed red peppers
1 1/2 lb. tortellini, cooked and drained
Preparation

Saute garlic in oil.
Add spinach to garlic and mix.
Remove spinach mixture.
Add tomatoes to pan and mash with potato masher. Add spinach back into mixture.
Add to taste the white wine, grated cheese and red pepper.
Cover sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Serve over cheese tortellini.
