Chow Funn Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, pork or chicken, sliced thin
    1 pkg. stir-fry vegetables
    1 pkg. wheat Chow Funn noodles
    shoyu
    salt and pepper to taste
    optional vegetables: carrots and snow peas
Preparation
    Saute meat in oil until pink is gone.
    Add stir-fry vegetables. Cook until tender.
    Add cooked noodles, season with salt and pepper and shoyu.
    Add optional vegetables, simmer until vegetables are heated.
