Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-3/4 cups Wesson Oil
    2-1/2 cups cake flour
    2 tsp cocoa
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vinegar
    1 oz red food coloring
    1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
    Beat Wesson Oil and sugar; add eggs one at a time while beating.
    Mix cocoa, vinegar and food coloring in a small bowl or cup.
    Mix in flour and buttermilk; add salt, vanilla and baking soda.
    Bake in 325 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
