Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 white potatoes, peeled and cubed into bite size pieces
    1 c. celery chunks
    1/2 to 1 c. onion chunks
    1 stick oleo
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cover potatoes, celery and onion with just enough water to cook.
    Cook until fork-tender.
    Set aside.
    Melt oleo in pan; add flour and when very well mixed, add milk gradually, stirring all the time, until the mixture begins to thicken.
    Add to potatoes and stir lightly until you have a thickened soup.
    You may add salt and pepper or celery salt or seed or oleo for more seasoning.
    You might enjoy garlic flavored croutons or bites of Cheddar cheese on the top of your bowl of soup.
