White Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 coves garlic, finely chopped
3 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
15-16 oz. can butter beans, drained
2 c. chicken breast, cooked and chopped
Preparation

Heat oil in 4 quart Dutch oven.
Over medium heat, cook onions and garlic in oil, stirring occasionally until onions are tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
Stir in chicken; simmer until hot.\tMakes 6 servings.
