Steamed Pacific Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) piece Pacific salmon or halibut
    2 Tbsp. chopped basil
    1 tsp. dried fresh rosemary
    1 tsp. fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 large lemon
Preparation
    Place fish on a large double sheet of heavy foil.
    Sprinkle basil, rosemary and parsley over fish.
    Add butter dotted evenly over fish.
    Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    Seal foil tightly to retain juices.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Fish is done when flakes easily with a fork.
    Garnish with additional fresh herbs, if desired.
    Serves 4 to 6.
