Elite Egg Custard - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. skim milk, scalded
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. egg substitute
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Place milk in small saucepan and scald. Add 1/4 cup sugar, stirring until dissolved.
In medium bowl, measure egg substitute.
Gradually stir in milk mixture.
Add vanilla.
