Easy Supper Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 lb. raw ground beef or cubed, cooked beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cubed cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet on low heat.
    Add macaroni; stir to coat thoroughly with fat.
    Add tomato juice and bring to a rapid boil.
    Stir in ground beef or cooked beef and onion.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Cover and reduce heat to 250\u00b0.
    Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle cubed cheese over top.
    Remove from heat.
    Cover and let cheese melt.
    A tossed salad or fruit salad will complete the meal.
