Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef
    2 large onions
    2 large bell peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 pkg. brown gravy
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces; brown in margarine.
    Add salt and black pepper.
    Chop bell peppers and onions and add to beef.
    Add bean sprouts.
    Mix water with brown gravy and sugar and add to mixture.
    Cook slowly for 25 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
