Steve'S World Famous Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine or butter (but not all butter)
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
2 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
handful chopped nuts
handful raisins
cinnamon

Preparation

Mix sugar,
brown
sugar,
eggs and softened margarine; beat well.
Add\tflour,\tbaking powder, baking soda and a dash of salt; mix
well.\tStir
in oats, coconut, nuts and raisins. Put dough in refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place flattened dough drops 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Put
dough\tback
in refrigerator while baking. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of dough and bake for 8 to 11 minutes or until golden brown, do not overcook!
