Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
4 to 6 chicken breasts
Preparation

Cook chicken in water, no salt.
Save broth.
Melt margarine in pan; stir in stuffing mix.
Place one layer of stuffing mixture in bottom of casserole dish, then chicken that has been taken from bones and cubed.
Alternate layers of crumb mixture and chicken, ending with crumb mixture on top.
Mix chicken and mushroom soup with 2 cans of chicken broth.
Pour this over entire casserole slowly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
(Can make 2 small casseroles and freeze for later use.)
