Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick oleo
3 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Slice potatoes in 1/2-inch slices and cook until almost done. Drain and place in a casserole dish.
Melt oleo; add soup, parsley flakes, sour cream and part of the cheese and heat.
Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
Top with crushed cornflakes and the rest of the grated cheese.
Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven until bubbly hot, about 30 minutes.
