Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 chopped onion (medium)
4 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
3 small jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Place in oblong buttered glass baking dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until nice and brown (about 35 minutes).
