Damn Hot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chili meat
1 1/2 lb. cubed stew meat
4 tsp. chopped garlic
1/4 c. chili powder
3 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can beer
5 to 6 c. water
3 fresh jalapenos
Preparation

Heat shortening (1 tablespoon) in pot.
Add meat and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add to meat and stir well to coat meat thoroughly.
Stir in tomato sauce, beer and water.
Prick jalapenos and drop them in whole.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
