Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced chicken or turkey
1 c. finely chopped celery
3 diced boiled eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped pimentos
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Put layer of chips in buttered casserole.
Add rest of ingredients.
Top with remainder of chips.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
