Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 c. bananas, mashed
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, salt and baking soda.
Add bananas to egg mixture. Stir.
Add flour to egg mixture.
Stir until flour is moistened.
Stir in nuts that have been lightly floured.
Bake 1 hour for a large loaf pan or 45 minutes for small loaf pan.
