Chess Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 egg
3 3/4 c. (1 box) confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients with a mixer until crumbly. Press into a 9 x 13 cake pan. In a separate bowl, combine the confectioners sugar, cream cheese and eggs. Pour over first layer, spreading evenly. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 50 minutes or until nicely browned. (Cake will fall.)
