Adam'S Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti noodles (1-inch pieces)
    2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    4 whole chicken breasts or whole chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat; debone and cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Cook noodles.
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
