Coconut Icing(For Moist Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen coconut
    1 small (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Thaw coconut and place between paper towels to help absorb excess moisture.
    Mix with sour cream and sugar.
    Poke small holes in cake before icing.
    Spread icing over cake.
    This icing is good on a devil's food or yellow cake.
