Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg white, beaten stiff
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar together.
Add egg yolk, cinnamon and flour.
This will seem dry, but keep working.
Press into bottom of 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet.
Spread beaten egg white on top.
Spread pecans evenly on top.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cut into bars.
