Quick Baked Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. cube steak, cut in pieces
    1/2 cup flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 cups diced potatoes
    2 cups sliced carrots
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup sliced celery
    1 cup green beans
    1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in 1 cup hot water
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Shake steak pieces in flour and brown in shortening. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour bouillon over. Stir. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 75 minutes.
