Brunch Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. crescent rolls
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 egg yolk
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation
    Spray 9 x 13-inch baking pan with Pam.
    Put cheese mixture on top of 1 package of rolled out rolls in pan.
    Layer 2nd package on top of cheese; fork whip egg white; brush on top.
    Bake until puffy and lightly brown on top.
