Oatmeal Chip Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
2 c. packed brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
6 c. quick cooking oats
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt; stir into creamed mixture.
Add chocolate chips; mix well.
Chill dough for 1 hour, or until firm.
Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls; place on greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 11 to 13 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Yields 7 dozen.
