Oven-Fried Zucchini Spears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. herb-seasoned breadcrumbs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 medium zucchini
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. water
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, garlic powder, paprika and pepper in a shallow dish.
    Set aside.
    Cut zucchini lengthwise in 4 pieces; cut each piece in half crosswise.
    Put zucchini in plastic bag. Add oil and water and shake.
    Dredge zucchini in breadcrumb mixture.
    Place on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 until brown and tender, about 10 minutes.
    Yields 4 servings.
