Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1 ripe banana, peeled
Preparation
    In a blender, mix together the egg, milk, oil, peanut butter and banana.
    In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder.
    Pour the contents of the blender into the bowl with the flour; stir only until mixed.
    Cook pancakes, turning only once. Serve with choice of toppings:
    pourable fruit, applesauce, honey, yogurt, cream cheese, syrup.
