Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 pkg. Ranch dressing
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    You may use any of the vegetables listed (chop into small pieces):
    broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, green peppers, onions, red cabbage, mushrooms.
