Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice
    box chopped broccoli
    1/2 medium onion
    2 stalks celery
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 can water
    1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Chop onions and celery.
    With 1 tablespoon butter, saute until tender.
    Bring 1 cup water to boil; add 1 cup rice.
    Let set while preparing cheese.
    Melt cheese, mushroom soup and 1/2 can water until cheese melts.
    Put unthawed broccoli in casserole dish.
    Pour onions and rice into cheese.
    Stir.
    Pour over broccoli; stir and bake 30 minutes or until hot.
