Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Combine all and beat at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Shape into balls and fry until brown; drain.
    Heat and serve in sauce.
