Honey Orange Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. honey
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. cut up prunes
Preparation
    Cream together
    butter
    and
    honey.
    Add egg and orange peel. Beat well.
    Sift
    flour,
    baking powder, soda and salt; add to honey
    mixture alternately with orange juice.
    Add nuts and prunes.
    Turn
    into a greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches). Bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
