Grilled Pesto Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Market Day chicken steaks (4 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast filets)
2 Tbsp. dried basil
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except chicken, together well.
Brush mixture on chicken breasts with pastry brush.
Place on foil and grill on low for 10 minutes each side.
Take off foil and grill to brown a little on each side.
