Dip For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    1/4 c. minced green onion
    2 thin slices onion
    1/3 c. chopped fresh spinach
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Chill.
    Serve with fresh vegetables.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
