Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flank steak (the bigger, the better)
1 c. oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 or 2 cloves garlic
Adolph's meat tenderizer (if desired)
Preparation

Lay flank steak in shallow pan or bowl.
Tenderize as per directions on bottle.
Crush garlic cloves into oil.
Add lemon juice to oil.
Let stand 15 minutes to flavor.
Pour over steak, turning occasionally.
Let stand 4 hours at room temperature. Preheat broiler or outside grill.
Broil, turning once or twice, until medium rare, about 6 to 8 minutes or until doneness desired. Slice thinly in 1/3-inch slices at 45\u00b0 angle against the grain. Serve with a platter of buttered toast.
Use any juice for dipping.
Excellent for next day cold sandwiches.
