Ingredients

1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans pizza sauce or use 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown onion and meat in margarine.
Mix cornstarch and seasoning into tomato sauce.
Add sauce to meat mixture; stir well. When mixture bubbles and thickens, add cheese by thirds. When all cheese is melted, keep warm and start dipping cubed French or garlic bread.
