Firecracker Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
    6 frozen tortillas, thawed
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion until done; drain.
    Add chili powder, cumin and salt.
    Stir well.
    Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
    Put meat mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pam-sprayed casserole dish.
    Layer beans, tortillas and cheeses over meat mixture.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes on top.
    Cover casserole and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.
