Texas Pecan Candy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. candied red cherries, cut
    1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
    1/2 lb. pitted dates
    1` Tbsp. flour
    4 1/3 c. chopped pecans
    4 oz. coconut
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Combine cherries, pineapple and dates.
    Sprinkle with flour and toss to coat well.
    Add pecans and coconut.
    Toss, then add milk and stir to mix.
    Place in greased 13 x 9-inch pan and place in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and wrap in foil and refrigerate 2 weeks.
