Low Calorie Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (small size) sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese (low-fat)
2/3 c. dry milk powder
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. sweetener
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix all together in blender or food processor.
Pour into an 8-inch pan and refrigerate.
Makes four servings.
