Brown And Serve Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. each: water and skim milk
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. lite salt
    1 Tbsp. oil (may be omitted)
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Combine water, milk, honey and oil (if used).
    Heat to lukewarm (125\u00b0).
    Stir together yeast, 2 1/2 cups flour and salt. Add milk mixture and beat until smooth.
    Mix in remaining flour. Turn onto lightly floured board.
    Knead until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl; cover with damp towel.
    Let rise until double.
    Punch down dough.
