Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. steak (flank or brisket)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Trim off fat; slice meat with grain and thin.
    Place meat in shallow pan.
    Combine other ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate overnight.
    Preheat oven to 125\u00b0.
    Lay strips on oven rack in single layer; put foil on bottom of oven to catch drippings.
    Leave oven door open a crack.
    Test occasionally. Bake 8 to 12 hours, until chewy.
