Angel Hair Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. virgin olive oil
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    2 cans (2 1/2 oz. size) sliced olives, drained
    18 cloves garlic, crushed (a small head)
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. angel hair pasta
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients in pan; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
    Set aside; keep warm.
    Cook pasta according to directions; drain.
    Place in a bowl.
    Add pine nut mixture and toss.
    Sprinkle with the cheese.
    Keep refrigerated. Serves 8.
