Jamboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic, minced
    3/4 stick margarine
    24 oz. can whole tomatoes
    6 oz. can tomato paste
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1 1/2 tsp. Creole seasoning
    2 lb. chicken breasts, cut into bite sizes
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    2 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Cook in big saucepan; add onion, celery, green pepper, garlic and margarine; cook for 15 minutes.
    Add whole tomatoes, tomato paste, Polish sausage (cut up into bite size pieces) and Creole seasoning.
    Cook for 45 minutes.
    Add bite size chicken and 1 teaspoon hot sauce; cook for 30 minutes.
    Add 2 cups cooked rice and simmer all for 5 to 10 minutes.
