Pistachio Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large Cool Whip
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. chopped cherries (red or green) (optional)

Preparation

Mix Cool Whip, pudding mix, pineapple, marshmallows and pecans.
Stir until well mixed.
Refrigerate.
Use as a salad or light dessert.
