Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 (5 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Follow directions on cake mix package and pour into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Blend together Ricotta cheese, vanilla, eggs and sugar.
Pour Ricotta mixture evenly over top of butter cake. Bake 1 hour in 325\u00b0 oven.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Refrigerate.
