Cheesy Stuffed Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms (reserve juice)
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. dry bread cubes (about 2 slices), cut in 1/2-inch cubes
1 (6 oz.) can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
Cook onion in butter or margarine.
Combine onion with 1/4 cup of the mushrooms, bread cubes, the 1/4 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper with 3 tablespoons mushroom liquid or until moist.
Mix ground beef with 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk and remaining salt.
