Small Tarts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
2-inch tart shells
1 can cherry pie filling
Keebler vanilla wafers
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar, lemon and vanilla.
Add eggs.
In each tart shell, place vanilla wafers and top with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool, then top with cherry filling.
