Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Cream together butter and brown sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Place in 9 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Cool and serve with Cool Whip.
